e) All monster names, statistics, and templates are Open Game Content.

f) Stat blocks for all NPCs and creatures are Open Game Content, except for Tyrestina's stat block elements, designated as Product Identity as part of Demon God’s Fane.

g) Other game mechanics wholly derived from the d20 System Reference Document, including alignment, abilities, saving throws, Armor Class, hit points, points of damage, miss chance, enhancement bonus, deflection bonus, hardness rating, undead turning, damage reduction, spell resistance, ability score damage, negative levels, alchemist’s fire, mundane poison mechanics, reach, and experience points.

THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS ARE HEREBY IDENTIFIED AS "PRODUCT IDENTITY":

a) All character, item, and place names, histories, and named events.

b) Malhavoc Press identifying marks and product titles, including The Book of Eldritch Might and Demon God's Fane.

c) All artwork and graphic design contained on this website.

d) These classes and class abilities, introduced in The Book of Eldritch Might: graven one, tattoos of power, flesh rune, and graven image.

e) These feats, introduced in The Book of Eldritch Might: Lace Spell: Enemy Bane, Lace Spell: Holy/Unholy, Lace Spell: Lawful/Chaotic, Lace Spell: Elemental Energies, Item Image, and Etch Object Rune.

f) These spells, introduced in The Book of Eldritch Might: bind item, chains of vengeance, coldscream, conditional spell, cross of lightning, dragonskin, electrical deluge, elemental shroud, enhance magical flow, flaming corrosion, foil tracer, greater magical flow enhancement, greater mark of air, greater mark of fire, greater mark of frost, hidden object, icebolt, lesser planar binding, mantle of egregious might, mark of air, mark of fire, mark of frost, minor ward, silent sound, static veil, teleport redirect, and tongue of fiends.

g) These magic items, introduced in The Book of Eldritch Might: bookrod, bottled whirlwind, demonwhistle rod, glass of mist, mirror of vanity, spellstealer, star of blood, and magic poison.
